Hudson Square Emerging

NEW YORK TIMES  |  JUNE 26, 2016

New York’s Hudson Square neighborhood is rapidly emerging as one of the most desirable residential locations in Manhattan thanks to the joint Beyer Blinder Belle and Extell Development development at 70 Charlton. The SoHo apartments for sale in the two towers of the Charlton Street building represent one of the first residential projects to get the green light in this sought-after neighborhood since a recent update in the zoning code. The building will open its doors to residents in 2016, and its elegant design and amenities, including a private courtyard, fitness center, playroom, catering kitchen, and 60-foot saltwater pool, have already won over numerous buyers.
